2023 NCHC Play of the Year Tournament: Championship - Day 8

Final match-up features CC's Hunter McKown vs. Miami's Max Dukovac

We've reached the championship match-up in the 2023 NCHC Play of the Year Tournament. Fan voting starts today (Thursday) and runs through Monday at 2 p.m. ET.

The final match-up features Colorado College's Hunter McKown, who steals the puck from Omaha and goes between his legs for a goal in Week 11, against Miami's Max Dukovac, who uses some nifty stickwork for a back-hand, top-shelf tally at UMass Lowell in Week 2.

Winning our two semifinal match-ups from Wednesday were McKown and Dukovac. McKown's between-the-legs goal beat his own penalty shot goal with 78 percent of the vote, while Dukovac topped North Dakota's Jake Schmaltz and Ethan Frisch with 55 percent of the vote.

Video for the final match-up is below with the poll to vote below the video. The winner will be revelaed on social media at 2 p.m. ET on Monday, April 10. The entire bracket (with schedule) can be seen at the bottom of the page.
